This website was created (mostly) from scratch, and is served through GitLab pages. I'm hoping to transition this to a VPS behind CloudFlare or something along those lines sometime in the future.

All pages are completely static – source is written in Org Mode and elaborated into a collection of HTML and CSS files. I use GoatCounter for fairly lean, anonymized analytics – outside of that, this page serves no JavaScript at all. I wrote a small publishing toolchain to perform this elaboration given a reasonably recent Emacs install. At the moment, it is run through GitLab's actions CI pipeline whenever I push an update.

As you can tell, there is not much fancy styling anywhere here! Structural/aesthetic patterns are heavily influenced by Chris Done. I am hoping to (somewhat) add a fresh coat of paint in the future, mostly adding better code highlighting and blog-indexing support.

Helvetica is used as the sans-serif font, and relies on system installation. The serif font is Computer Modern, for which the WOFF files were harvested from Manu Almeida's website. It should be fairly straightforwards to package this font into a WOFF from first-party artifacts yourself.

Text, code, and documents on this website are written myself (as should be apparently from the semi-frequent typos and tone). However, I do utilize LLMs to refine/review prose and develop code.

All content on this website is MIT licensed – do with it what you wish! I appreciate it when I'm credited for my work, but you are under no legal requirement to do so.
